Senior Development Officer
Orange Road
Location – Ipswich
Full Time - 38 hours p/w
Fixed Term - 12 months
Pay Level - $75,430 p/a

We are seeking a dynamic person to join our Orange Road team. Our objective is to provide opportunities for vocational pathways, social engagement and community contribution for our customers. We deliver a quality personal and professional service, ensuring all customers have a clear pathway meeting their identified goals and outcomes and working with NDIS Guidelines.

A Senior Development Officer will:
- Provide a quality personal and professional service to customers including developing clear and visual pathways, connecting with internal and external stakeholders always working towards identified goals and outcomes
- Provide innovative and exciting initiatives that make us the service of choice
- Always going above and beyond the customer expectation
- Build and maintain connections in the community, forming strong partnerships and relationships
- Have a strong belief that everyone has the potential for growth.
- Always think outside the box and not be afraid to take risks!
- Be a dynamic, creative and positive leader and role model to both staff and customers. Having a can-do attitude is a must!
- Have a thorough and clear understanding of NDIS Guidelines
- Be willing to work flexible hours to meet the needs of our customers
