Rotating Roster - 2 days on 2 days off (shared with other contractor)
Pay Level $80,000 p/a – plus accommodation expenses covered when on site
Standard Contractor Conditions Apply (Pty Ltd requirement, ABN, relevant insurances, etc.)

About this Opportunity

FSG Australia is seeking a motivated, passionate and bold Contractor to make up a team of two (on a rotating roster covering 24/7), working alongside a customer to help make a positive difference. This person will assist the customer to weave their dreams into reality so that they experience life as they choose.
You have the potential to achieve all of this as a FSGA Contractor.
Key to this is the ability to
- To walk alongside a person and not over them
- To have the understanding that a person has an inherent need to be as independent as possible
- To encourage informed, safe and healthy choices whilst understanding that people are the architect of their own lives and treating with full regard the choices they make.
- To promote, support and encourage a person directing their own service.
- To understand that we work tirelessly to provide what people want and need in their lives and offer options and opportunities for them to consider
- To understand that care can overtake a life.
- To have an understanding of a mutual relationship with no power.
