Service Manager

 

Orange Road

Location – Gold Coast (travel required)

Full Time - 38 hours p/w

Fixed Term - 12 months

Pay Level - $81,290 p/a and travel allowance of $5,000

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Orange Road team. Our objective is to provide opportunities for vocational pathways, social engagement and community contribution for our customers. We deliver a quality personal and professional service, ensuring all customers have a clear pathway meeting their identified goals and outcomes and working with NDIS Guidelines.

Orange Road encompasses FSG Social Enterprises which includes FSG Community Collectives and Café, Tropicana Nursery, Just Jobs and Just Designs. We operate on the Gold Coast, Ipswich and Northern NSW regions.

 

A Service Manager will:

  • Be a dynamic, creative and positive leader and role model to both staff and customers. Having a can-do attitude is a must!
  • Ensure we are providing innovative and exciting initiatives that make us the service of choice
  • Always going above and beyond the customer expectation
  • Have a strong belief that everyone has the potential for growth
  • Always think outside the box and not be afraid to take risks!
  • Be responsible for the overall management of quality services that meet customer outcomes and expectations as well as contractual obligations of business agreements and relevant funding bodies
  • Ensure that the operations across the identified Orange Road initiatives are meeting budgetary targets, customer benchmark hours, and the identified strategic direction in line with FSG procedures/philosophies
  • Have a thorough and clear understanding of NDIS Guidelines
  • Be willing to work flexible hours to meet the needs of our customers and willing to travel regularly to all regions
