Senior Coach
Learning & Development
Location – Northern NSW (Ballina)
Full Time - 38 hours p/w
Fixed Term - 12 months
Pay Level $72,789 p/a

About this Opportunity

This role will responsible for planning, co-ordinating and delivering Learning & Development initiatives, training opportunities and workshops for our customers. You will work within a team in a leading role to ensure customers are given the opportunity to grow, have fun and reach their full potential.
You have the potential to achieve all of this as a Senior Coach for our FSGA Learning and Development Team in Ballina!!
A Senior Coach will:
- Be a positive and dynamic role model and leader to customers and staff when providing hands-on support in Learning and Development initiatives
- Develop, implement and maintain sound administrative processes for all opportunities
- Highlight possible new and innovative ideas and opportunities in line with customer feedback and goals
- Preparation of all workshop material
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and work well in a team environment, providing effective support to staff
