About this Opportunity

FSG Australia is seeking a motivated, passionate and bold Contractor to make up a team of two (on a rotating roster covering 24/7), working alongside customers to help make a positive difference, This person will assist the customers to weave their dreams into reality so that they experience life as they choose.
You will be based within an innovative hub model offering both permanent accommodation for customers to reside in their own unit’s while overseeing a holiday home providing an ultimate holiday experience to guests.
You have the potential to achieve all of this as a FSGA Contractor.
Key to this is the ability to
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Assist with meal preparation & organisation of transport
- Daily assistance as required
- Work alongside the customers to ensure the individuals are receiving the opportunity to grow while their dreams are being explored!
